1. Introduction

This Payment Policy outlines the terms governing all payments processed through the platforms, solutions, and services offered by Kepto Fintech Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By initiating any transaction on our website, mobile application, or integrated partner systems, the user (“Customer”, “You”) agrees to the terms contained herein.

2. Payment Acceptance

We support multiple secure payment methods, including but not limited to:

  • UPI
  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (where enabled)
  • BBPS-compliant payment channels
  • Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) for corporate clients
  • Auto-debit or NACH-based recurring mandates (where applicable)

*Availability of payment methods may vary based on user location, service type, or regulatory requirements.

3. Transaction Processing

- Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways and NPCI-approved systems.
- All transactions are encrypted and routed through secure channels.
- The Company does not store or access your full financial information (e.g., card numbers, CVV).
- BBPS transactions are processed as per NPCI guidelines and settlement cycles.

4. Pricing & Charges

- Service charges, convenience fees, platform usage fees, or BBPS transaction charges may apply depending on the service selected.
- Any charges will be displayed to the user before the final payment is made.
- Taxes including GST will be applied as per Government regulations.
- Prices and charges are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Payment Confirmation

- Upon successful payment, a confirmation message/SMS/email/BBPS receipt will be shared with the customer.
- Corporate clients using API-based solutions will receive automated acknowledgments through integrated systems.

6. Failed or Pending Transactions

A payment may fail due to network issues, insufficient balance, timeout from bank/payment gateway, or technical errors.

If the amount is debited but the transaction is not reflected:
- The bank/payment gateway will auto-reverse the amount within 3–7 working days.
- For BBPS transactions, reversals follow NPCI-defined settlement and refund timelines.
- Kepto Fintech does not control bank-side delays or reversals.

7. Chargebacks

- Chargebacks may be raised only for unauthorized transactions or service delivery failures.
- Users are required to contact Kepto Fintech support before raising a chargeback with their issuing bank.
- Fraudulent or invalid chargeback attempts will be legally contested.

8. Recurring & Subscription Payments

- For businesses using CRM, invoicing, or payment architecture tools, recurring billing cycles may apply.
- Users must ensure their payment mandates remain active.
- Non-payment or failed recurring charges may lead to service suspension.

9. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments for certain services may be redirected to third-party gateways or biller platforms. The Company is not liable for any issues arising due to partner-side outages, downtime, delays, or technical interruptions. Users must follow the terms of respective third-party platforms.

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:
- Decline transactions suspected of fraud
- Block users violating platform rules
- Share suspicious activity details with regulatory authorities (NPCI, RBI, Cyber Cell, etc.)

11. Settlement for Business Clients

For merchants, enterprises, NBFCs, or banks using our customized payment architecture:
- Settlement cycles follow the contract agreement and payment partner timelines.
- Delay in settlement due to bank holidays, technical downtime, or gateway issues does not constitute service failure by Kepto Fintech.

12. Modification of Payment Policy

Kepto Fintech reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time based on regulatory updates, NPCI/RBI guidelines, or internal policy improvements. Changes will be posted on the website.
