4. Registration & Account

5. BBPS & Payment Services

If you use our BBPS bill payment or digital payment architecture, you understand and agree that:

- Transactions are processed based on information you provide
- Wrong details (customer ID, account number, etc.) may result in failed or misdirected payments
- We rely on billers, banks, gateways, and NPCI systems for confirmation
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by network issues, bank downtime, or third-party systems

BBPS transactions are subject to NPCI rules and RBI regulations.

6. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and updated information, we do not guarantee that:

- The platform will always be error-free
- All biller data or transaction responses will always be correct
- Features or services will always be uninterrupted

We are not liable for errors caused by third-party integrations, banks, BBPS systems, telecom operators, or service providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, designs, logos, and platform features are the exclusive property of Kepto Fintech Pvt. Ltd.
You must not:

- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Use our name or branding without written permission
- Misuse or reproduce proprietary information

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third parties such as:
- Banks
- NPCI / BBPS ecosystem members
- Payment gateways
- Telecom & utility providers
- CRM & KYC partners

We are not responsible for:

- Their errors/failures

9. Fees & Charges

- Processing fees

- Platform usage fees
- API integration fees

You agree to pay all applicable charges before using the service. Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

- Losses due to wrong input submitted by users
